The KOVE organization (Koordination des Verkehrswesens im Ereignisfall) – in english coordination of transport in the event of an incident – deals with the traffic situation and management in the event of disasters and emergencies.

The Federal Office of Transport (FOT) commissioned us (together with Basler & Hofmann) to evaluate the conception and implementation of KOVE. This showed that the perspectives on KOVE are very diverse. The expectations and goals are correspondingly diverse. On the basis of the evaluation, the project team formulated basic principles on how KOVE could be further developed.
